About Variant Studio

Variant Studio is a sole proprietorship registered in India, operating from Nagpur, Maharashtra. We design and manufacture 3D printed lamps and lampshades sold through variantstudios.in.

Made to Order

All products listed on our website are made to order. This means:

  • Production begins after payment is confirmed
  • Order cancellation is not possible once printing has begun (typically within 24 hours of order confirmation)
  • Delivery timelines of 5–7 business days begin from the date of print completion, not order date
  • Minor colour and texture variations from product photos are inherent to the 3D printing process and do not constitute defects

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST
  • Payment is processed securely by Razorpay
  • We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and EMI (where available)
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at time of order confirmation is final

Shipping

  • We ship pan-India via courier partners
  • Free shipping on orders above ₹ 2499. Orders below ₹2499 attract a flat ₹149 shipping charge
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or address errors provided by the customer
  • International shipping is not available at this time

Product Use and Safety

Our lamp shades are designed for indoor use only with E27 bulb holders and a maximum 10W LED bulb. Do not use with incandescent or halogen bulbs exceeding the recommended wattage. Improper use voids any return claim. Keep out of reach of children under 5 years of age. Do not expose to direct water or outdoor conditions.

Intellectual Property

All product designs, photographs, copy, and visual content on variantstudios.in are the intellectual property of Variant Studio and the collaborators of Variant Studios. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any content from this website without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Variant Studio's liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nagpur, Maharashtra.
