By accessing or purchasing from variantstudios.in ("Variant," "we," "us"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Products
Every piece sold by Variant is 3D-printed and individually numbered. Because each item is made to order, small variations in colour, texture, and finish are normal and not considered defects. Product images are representative; actual colour may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.

2. Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed via our payment partner (Razorpay). We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors — and will notify you and issue a refund if this happens.

3. Production and Shipping
Items are printed to order in our Nagpur studio and typically ship within [3–5] days. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays outside our control. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

4. Returns and Damage
Please refer to our Shipping & Returns policy for the current return and damage-replacement window and process.

5. Intellectual Property
All designs, photography, and content on this site are the property of Variant Studios and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability
Variant is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website, beyond the value of the order placed.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
