All orders are printed to order and carefully prepared for dispatch.

Processing & dispatch: Orders are shipped within 3–5 days of being placed.

Returns & Replacement

As each piece is printed to order, we do not accept returns or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect colour selection, or other personal preferences.

If your product arrives damaged, you are eligible for a free replacement or return within 7 days of delivery.

To help us process a damage claim, please record a continuous unboxing video while opening the package. The video should clearly show the unopened package, shipping label, and the product being unpacked. This is required to verify damage that may have occurred during transit.

For approved returns, a ₹150 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. Replacement for a product damaged on arrival is free of charge.

  • Please inspect your package immediately after delivery.
  • Keep the original packaging until you have confirmed that the product has arrived safely.
  • Damage claims should be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Please provide clear photographs and the unboxing video when contacting us about a damaged product.
  • Damage caused after delivery, misuse, improper installation, or normal wear is not covered under the 7-day damage policy.
